  ### Company Pages

  Lope now has a **Companies** space — a place to see firmographics for the companies you source *from*.

  This is separate from **Clients**:

  * **Clients** = companies you recruit *for*
  * **Companies** = companies you source candidates *from*

  Open **Companies** to browse where your candidates currently work. Search, sort, and filter by industry. Click a candidate’s current company from their profile, AI Scout results, or candidate card to open the company page — description, industry, size, address, keywords, and similar companies.

  On each company page, **Your talent here** lists your candidates who work there today. One click opens a paired view of the candidate next to the company. If that company is also a Client, a badge links you straight to the related project.

  Use **Add a company** and paste a LinkedIn URL to enrich a company that isn’t in your list yet.

  ### Industry tagging from companies

  When you mention a company in an AI Scout prompt, Lope can map it to that company’s **industry** — so you find candidates who have worked in the same sector, not just at that one employer.

  Type something like “similar to Randstad.” Choose the company from **Choose the company from your prompt**, and Lope applies the industry (for Randstad, that’s *Human Resources Services*). In **Edit filters**, the Industry bar also shows similar companies in that industry.

  The same flow works in **Search Agent**: mention a company and Lope extracts its industry for you.

  ### Editable interview reports

  You can now fully edit the reports Lope generates after an interview. Open **Edit summary** to change the text in markdown or rich text — bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough included.

  The same editor lets you shape the summary **template**: both the default wording and how generated text is styled. New content that lands in a templated section inherits the styling you set.

  ### Search Agent

  **Search Agent** is live in Lope (beta). Use it before you run a search to refine your prompt into clearer, more targeted criteria — so results stay focused.

  It also helps you apply **Edit filters** through a conversational flow instead of tweaking every field by hand.

  ### Lope MCP

  Connect Lope to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI assistants via the [Model Context Protocol](https://modelcontextprotocol.io). Search your candidate pool, run AI Scout, look up interviews, manage shortlists, and take pipeline actions — all from inside your AI tool of choice.

  **Self-serve setup:** Claude and ChatGPT connect in three steps — just add `https://mcp.withlope.com/mcp` as a connector and sign in with your Lope account. Cursor and Claude Desktop connect via an API key from **Settings → Developer access**.

  ### Search candidates by job

  AI Scout now supports **Search based on job**. Toggle from prompt search, pick one of your open roles, and Lope generates a ready-to-run search from the job title and description — including criteria like title, location, skills, experience, industry, and salary band when available. Review suggestions, fine-tune weights, then run against Internal, Mixed, or External sources.

  ### Interviews

  Lope now supports interview joining bots, including *Google Meetings* and *Microsoft Teams* . Shortly after the interview, our bot transcribes the interview and the user can ask questions based on the interview.

  ### External & Mixed Search

  Lope now supports **External** and **Mixed** Search. External search, can scrape 800M+ LinkedIn profiles, and based on Lope's algorithm, returns back the best matched-profiles. Mixed search compares candidate both from LinkedIn and internal database.

  Implemented the Candidate Tracking Feature. Recruiters can now track real-time updates from candidates which are imported from LinkedIn. Changes include:

  1. **Company moves**: When a candidate joins a new company.
  2. **New certifications**: AWS, GCP, PMP and similar.
  3. **New skills**: Skills added to the LinkedIn profile.
  4. **Headline changes**: The title or tagline on LinkedIn.
  5. **Promotions**: Role-level changes inside the same company.
  6. **New awards**: Recognitions and public awards.
  7. **New education**: Degrees and program completions.
  8. **New Projects**: Projects the candidate publishes.

  3. **CVs** information, with edit capabilities.

  ### Internal Candidate Search v.01

  First version of AI Scout is available. Users can import candidates from LinkedIn and search based on:

  1. Current **Job Position Title**.
  2. **Skills** they have on the candidate's LinkedIn Profile.
  3. **Location** mentioned at the top of their profile.
  4. **Industry** that their current company is in (along with external information using third party data provider).
  5. **Total Years of Working**, which is industry or job position agnostic. Uses sum of their working experience in the overall calculation.
