# Collaboration

> How to invite teammates and manage teamspaces

### Overview

Lope is built for teams. You can invite recruiters & managers to collaborate in **Workspaces** and **Teamspaces**.

**Prerequisites:**

* You must be a **Workspace Admin** to invite members or change roles.

| **Invite Member** | Teamspace top-left | Opens a modal to send email invitations.                       |
| **Teamspaces**    | Sidebar            | Folders that organize projects and control access permissions. |

### How-to / Processes

#### How to invite a teammate to a Teamspace

1. Open the sidebar and hover over the **Teamspace** name.
2. Click the **Invite** **members** button.
3. Enter the teammate's email address.
4. Click **Send Invite**.
5. They will receive an email link to join.

### FAQ
