How jobs work
Jobs are the most granular level of the recruitment hierarchy:Creating a job

- Open a client (from a teamspace).
- Click + (Add a new job).
- Enter the job title (e.g., βSenior Backend Engineerβ, βProduct Managerβ).
- Optionally add a job description.
- Choose Public or Private:
- Public β All client members can see and work with this job.
- Private β Only invited members can access.
π Import LinkedIn Job Posting as Job:
If a user wants to import straight from LinkedIn a job post of his desire as a Job inside Lope he can simply:- Click + (Add a new job) under any Client from the sidebar.
- Paste the LinkedIn url from that job (i.e
https:www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/job_id). - Click Import data.
Job permissions

What lives in a job
- Candidates β People in your pipeline for this role
- Pipeline stages β Sourced, Screened, Interviewed, Reviewed, Not a fit, Placed, Unassigned

Jobs appear under their client when you expand the client in the sidebar. Click a job to open its candidate pipeline and data table.Next steps
