- Lope grabs the profile link, headline, location, and contact info, then enriches the record and structures the candidate’s profile automatically.
You can also select multiple LinkedIn profiles and add them into Lope. The same enrichment will run - no need to select one-by-one.
Finding candidates with AI Scout
- Paste a job description or type a prompt (e.g., “Senior backend engineer, Python + Django, B2B SaaS, based in Berlin or remote EU”).

- Find similar candidates based on a star candidate you believe is a great fit for the role.
Using the Notetaker during your day
- Focus on the conversation. Run the interview as usual; Lope records, transcribes, and generates a structured summary so you don’t have to type while talking.
- Review and share outcomes. After the call, check the transcript and summary on the candidate sheet, add your verdict, and use it as the base for feedback to hiring managers or clients.
Lope Notetaker auto-joins all your interviews from your calendar - no extra setup or admin work needed!
Using Reports to present candidate fit

- Include all key candidate details. Pull in core info like experience, skills, locations, links, and interview insights into one clean, shareable view.
- Share with hiring managers and clients. Use these reports as your “single source of truth” when you discuss shortlists, compare candidates, and make final decisions.
